Appeals and Complaints

Any CCSL customer has the right to appeal and complain about certification services/decisions and audit results.

Appeal

Customers can submit any complaints about audit results/certification decisions to the Chief Executive of CCSL in the form of written notifications within 21 working days of receiving the formal notification of the decision/result. CCSL will conduct an appeal team meeting within 30 working days after receiving the request.

CCSL will notify the appellant of the result in written format within 21 working days of completing the appeal team meeting.

Complaint

​Any CCSL customer who is dissatisfied with the certification services and results of CCSL can make a written complaint to the Chief Executive of CCSL. After receiving the complaint, CCSL will notify the complainant within 10 days of receiving the complaint and will collect relevant documents for investigation.

After the investigation is completed, CCSL will notify the complainant of the investigation result in writing within 21 days.
