Application

After the customer returns the completed application form, CCSL will prepare a quotation form for the customer.

First stage audit

After the customer confirms the quotation, CCSL will arrange an audit team to conduct the first stage audit for the customer.

Second stage audit

After successfully completing the first phase of the audit, CCSL's audit team will conduct the second phase of audit for the client.

(Note: If there is a non-conforming item, the customer must submit a correction plan and corrective measures within the specified time . If the customer fails to submit a correction plan and corrective measures for a serious non-conformity within six months, CCSL must conduct another Only after the second-stage audit can the report be submitted to the certification review committee for review.)

Certificate issuance

After the certification review committee reviews the audit report and related documents, a three-year certificate will be issued to the customer.

Supervision and review

CCSL's audit team conducts annual surveillance audits for customers.

(Note: Product certification will be monitored and reviewed according to the relevant product plan requirements)

Review

CCSL will arrange a review for the client before the certificate expires. After the audit is completed and reviewed by the certification review committee, CCSL will renew the certificate for three years to the customer. If the client fails to complete the review process before the certificate expires, CCSL will revoke the validity of the certificate.

​Restore certification

​After the certification expires, as long as the review process is completed, CCSL can restore the certification for the client within six months, otherwise a second stage audit will be conducted.

Expand or reduce the scope of certification

If certified customers want to expand or reduce the scope of certification or certification venues, customers need to fill in the certification application form and return to CCSL. If necessary, CCSL will arrange an additional audit.
